Congratulations to Elliette Burkle, Sophomore at Woodward Granger High School, our Nash Athlete of the Week!

“Elliette has been playing basketball since she was in 3rd grade. You see her love for the game when she is on the court. She has worked extremely hard over the years and this last week she broke the school record with the most 3 pointers in a single game. She had 7 and that helped her team move on to round 3! Then in the next game she came out making 5 3 pointers in the 1st quarter! She played hard. Throughout the years it hasn’t been easy but she is very strong in her faith. Elliette is always positive and smiling. Her dream is to play college ball. She is truly an amazing young lady.” Nominated by her Mom, Cristal Burkle
