This follows his desperate public plea last week for his dad to get help with whatever the country star is struggling with before “the world may lose you far too soon.” In his new message to his dad, Trace – the elder brother of Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus – reveals that his father is now taking legal action against him for his previous comments. “For you to threaten me with legal action for wanting you to get help is a disgrace,” Trace wrote. “You should be ashamed of yourself. I will always love you but I no longer respect you as a man. Get help.” A source says that Miley “used to feel overwhelmed by the family drama. She worked hard to remove herself.
